Q: What should I bring to class?

A: If you have your own mat, towl, strap, and block bring them. And bring a water bottle. If you do not own any of the props, do not worry you can use all the props at Flow Yoga Studio we have plenty of extra supplies at no extra cost.

Q: What do I wear?

A: Loose, breathable, comfortable clothing. Workout clothing.

Q: How often can I do yoga in a week?

A: You can do yoga everyday!! If you are new to yoga try to start with 2-3 days a week and work your way up.

Q: If i have never done yoga what class should I start in?

A: I would recommend our Saturday 9:00AM Basic/ Restorative, Yoga For Athletes, OR any Beginner class.
