Flow Yoga Studio provides small to medium sized yoga classes. This allows our experienced instructors to be attentive and to provide hands on adjustments for each person in every class. Our goal is to allow each student to learn at their own pace and to learn proper alignment of the yoga poses. This way it prevents injury and helps students to grow in their own yoga practice. We invite you to begin or inhance your yoga practice at Flow Yoga Studio!!
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: If you have your own mat, towl, strap, and block bring them. And bring a water bottle. If you do not own any of the props, do not worry you can use all the props at Flow Yoga Studio we have plenty of extra supplies at no extra cost.
Q: What do I wear?
A: Loose, breathable, comfortable clothing. Workout clothing.
Q: How often can I do yoga in a week?
A: You can do yoga everyday!! If you are new to yoga try to start with 2-3 days a week and work your way up.
Q: If i have never done yoga what class should I start in?
A: I would recommend Yin / Basic/ Restorative, Yoga For Athletes, OR any Beginner class.
