Class Info
- Starting October 01, all Flow Yoga teachers will be self-employed!
- Veterans/Military
- All Yoga Classes FREE in September
- No pre-registration. Just show up for class.
- Follow Flow on FB & IG for class cancellations
- Receive free yoga mats, blocks, straps & YFA book.
- We do have extra yoga supplies if you need to use them but we recommend that you bring your own yoga supplies.

- 1 class price (register online): $15
- Walk in price: $20
- Student price (Walk in only, show ID): $8
